Our TK-K class had the exciting opportunity to visit our local fire department for Fire Safety Week! The children learned important safety lessons, including how to call 911, create a safety plan, and the “stop, drop, and roll” technique. They were also taught to test doors for heat before touching the handle in case of a fire.
During the visit, the kids got to practice crawling through a building, spray a fire hose, sit in the driver’s seat of the fire truck, and see how heavy the firefighting gear is—all while having a blast! A huge thank you to our local volunteer firefighters for putting on such a fun and educational field trip for us!

Today, the Home Ec class embarked on a delicious journey through Italy! We savored everything from crispy almond cookies to rich hazelnut chocolates and even tasted bruschetta tarts made with vibrant pesto and basil. Our taste buds were in paradise! We can't wait to see where our next culinary adventure takes us next month!

1st and 2nd grade had a blast at our local Princeton fire department. They learned fire safety and the importance of having an action plan in case of a fire. Thank you to all our volunteer firefighters 🚒 who help put this event on every year for us!

Miss Munoz’s 1st and 2nd graders dove into the fascinating world of density!! The class learned how different liquids have their own special “weight” and how they interact with each other. To make the lesson even more exciting, they got hands-on with a fun STEM activity, where they layered different liquids and watched density work its magic right before their eyes. They kids were amazed as they saw some liquids float to the top while other sank to the bottom, sparking lots of curiosity and “Wow” moments! What a fun and scientific day!👩🏻🔬🫧 🧪
